Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. NESTLE Chocolate Nesquik
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 200 gm NESTLE Cooking Chocolate, coarsely minced
- 1 x egg
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 125 gm butter, melted NESTLE Selections, Decadent Choc Flavour
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C.
- Lightly grease large muffin pans.
- Sift the flour, baking pwdr, Nesquik and sugar into a bowl.
- Add in the chocolate.
- Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.
- Beat the egg, then stir in the lowfat milk and melted butter.
- Pour the liquid mix into the well and stir till the dry ingredients are just dampened. Avoid overmixing.
- Three-quarters fill each muffin pan with the mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 min or possibly till a cake tester inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
- Prepare Decadent Choc Flavoured Selections following the directions on the container and serve with the muffins.
- NOTES : Makes 10 very large muffins
