Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix sugar, butter, vanilla, egg and unsweetened chocolate. Stir in flour and salt. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten each with greased bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake till set, about 8 min. Cold slightly; remove from cookie sheets. Cold completely. Spread peppermint frosting over each cookie, drizzle with chocolate glaze.
