Directions

  1. In saucepan bring butter, cocoa and lowfat milk to a boil. In mixing bowl add in powdered sugar and nuts. Pour hot cocoa mix. Beat well with mixer. Add in vanilla and beat again till well blended. More powdered sugar can be added if mix is not thick sufficient. Spread on while cake and frosting ate still warm. Frosting will harden like fudge. (Try with mint flavoring or possibly rum flavoring instead of vanilla.)
