Ingredients

  1. Cream butter. Blend in brown sugar. Add in egg yolk and vanilla. Stir in flour. Refrigeratedough 30 min. Form 1-inch balls. Dip in slightly beaten egg white, then in grnd nuts. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Make a slight depression in center with tip of tsp. or possibly finger. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Cold and fill depression with Chocolate Filling.
  2. Chocolate Filling: Heat butter and chocolate over warm water. Stir in corn syrup and water till smooth and thickened. Cold, add in flavoring.
