Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 T cocoa
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. cola
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 T cocoa
- 6 T cola
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Sift together flour and sugar. Fold in pan the butter, oil, cola and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Then add in buttermilk, large eggs, vanilla and marshmallows to the first mix. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 min. Ice with icing while cake is hot.
- Mix butter, cocoa, and cola, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add in confectioners' sugar, vanilla and minced nuts. Stir all together and put on cake while it is still hot.
