  1. Whip Large eggs and sugar till white. Add in all remaining ingredients, melted margarine last. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into buttered cake mold (30 x 45 cm). Bake at 190C (375F) 20 - 25 minutes.
  2. While the cake is cooling boil the following for 5 min: margarine, coffee, cocoa, vanilla sugar, grated coconut, confectioners sugar.
  3. Spread proportionately over the cake.
