Chocolate Chunk Pecan Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. White sugar
• 1/2 c. Dark brown sugar
• 1 x Egg
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 1/8 c. All-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 c. Pecans minced
• 6 ounce Good-quality bittersweet chocolate minced coarsely (or possibly semisweet chocolate)
