6 T cocoa
6 T butter
2 c. boiling water
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounce chocolate (pre-melted pouches)
2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. warm water
1 egg
6 T butter

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Add in butter and water; beat. Add in large eggs and vanilla; beat. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
Beat all together.
