Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Ghirardelli Cocoa
- 1/3 c. Water, boiling
- 3 c. Powdered sugar
- 2 x Egg yolks
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Butter, very soft
Directions
- Dissolve cocoa with warm water. Beat sugar with cocoa mix. Add in yolks and vanilla; beat till fluffy. Place in bowl of ice and water. Add in butter, in four additions, beating till frosting is lighter in color and thick sufficient to spread. Frost cake. Chill to set.
