Ingredients: 1 c. butter; 1/2 c. packed brown sugar; 1/2 c. granulated sugar; 2 Large eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1 1/4 c. flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 c. old fashioned or possibly quick oats, uncooked; 6 ounce. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pcs; 1 c. minced pecans

1 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 Large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 c. old fashioned or possibly quick oats, uncooked
6 ounce. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pcs
1 c. minced pecans

Directions

Cream butter and sugars till light and fluffy. Blend in Large eggs and vanilla. Add in combined flour, soda and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate pcs and nuts. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till golden. Yield: approximately 5 dozen.
