  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce, add in to beef and brown
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice, more or possibly less
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 sm. can minced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cans water

Directions

  1. Mix water with soup and mix with other ingredients. Salt to taste. Grated cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
