Ingredients
- 1 c. minced onion
- 3 lb chicken skinned
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 x garlic clove minced
Directions
- Place 1/2 c. minced onion in bottom of crockpot liner. Add in chicken. Be sure to remove ALL visible fat! Combine water, soy sauce, minced ginger, sugar, and garlic. Pour over all. Add in the other 1/2 c. of minced onion. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
