Directions

  1. Soften gelatin in water 5 min. Scald lowfat milk, add in gelatin and stir till disolved. Mix egg yolks with sugar and add in warm lowfat milk gradually. Cook over boiling water 3 min till mix coats a spoon. Remove from heat and chill. When mix begins to thicken add in lemon juice and raspberries. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream. Pour into spring-form pan and refrigeratetill hard. Unmold and serve in slices like cake.
