.%20The%20very%20first%20line%20of%20that%20post%20is:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%E2%80%9CMy%20dream%20is%20to%20one%20day%20move%20out%20of%20suburbia%20and%20back%20into%20the%20country.%20I%20would%20like%20to%20have%20a%20few%20acres%20of%20land%20for%20the%20kids%20to%20run%20around%20on%20freely,%20I%20would%20like%20some%20chickens,%20maybe%20a%20goat,%20a%20clothes%20line%20to%20hang%20out%20laundry%20and%20a%20nice,%20big%20garden.%E2%80%9D%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20I%20read%20this%20post%20from%203%20years%20ago%20I%20realized%20that%20I%20have%20everything%20I%20ever%20wanted%20right%20now.%20Everything%E2%80%A6including%20chickens!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20few%20weeks%20ago,%20the%20kids%20and%20I%20went%20to%20the%20feed%20store%20in%20town%20for%206%20baby%20chicks.%20We%20came%20home%20with%208%20and%20everything%20we%20needed%20to%20keep%20them%20alive%20until%20a%20chicken%20coop%20could%20be%20erected%20to%20house%20our%20new%20little%20bundles%20of%20joy%20and%20poop.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpeaking%20of%20coops,%20my%20husband%20has%20taken%20it%20upon%20himself%20to%20build%20the%20chicks%20the%20most%20awesome%20chicken%20coop%20on%20this%20side%20of%20the%20Mississippi.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20may%20not%20seem%20like%20much%20to%20those%20of%20you%20out%20there%20who%20are%20married%20to%20a%20very%20skilled%20carpenter,%20but%20my%20hubby%20is%20a%20restaurant%20manager%20and%20building%20anything%20has%20not%20been%20included%20in%20his%20skill%20set.%20Until%20now!%20He%20has%20really%20gotten%20into%20it%20(and%20maybe%20over-engineered%20it%20just%20a%20little)%20and%20I%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20be%20prouder.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20it%20is%20all%20said%20and%20done%20our%20new%20girls%20will%20be%20housed%20in%20high%20style.%20Hopefully%20it%20will%20be%20soon%20because%20these%20birds%20aren%E2%80%99t%20getting%20any%20smaller.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo,%20in%20preparation%20for%20the%20overwhelming%20mass%20of%20eggs%20that%20we%20won%E2%80%99t%20have%20until%20sometime%20in%20August%20I%20am%20working%20on%20egg%20dishes.%20This%20one%20is%20easy%20and%20perfect%20for%20Easter!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EP.S.%20Thanks%20to%20April%E2%80%99s%20Attic%20for%20letting%20me%20borrow%20some%20super%20cute%20dishes!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHorseradish%20Dill%20Deviled%20Eggs%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstructions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPeel%20eggs%20and%20cut%20in%20half.%20Remove%20yolks%20to%20a%20bowl%20and%20mash%20lightly%20with%20a%20fork.%20Stir%20in%20horseradish,%20Dijon,%20dill,%20mayo,%20pickle%20relish%20and%20salt%20and%20pepper.%20Whip%20until%20creamy.%20Scoop%20the%20filling%20into%20a%20small%20plastic%20bag%20and%20cut%20out%20one%20corner%20to%20make%20a%20piping%20bag.%20Fill%20each%20egg%20half%20with%20filling%20and%20then%20top%20with%20a%20sprinkle%20of%20paprika.%20Refrigerate%20until%20ready%20to%20serve.2.2%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ehttp://eatinonthecheap.com/2013/03/18/chickens-and-eggs/%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
