Ingredients

  • 4 boneless breasts cut in 1/2
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a single layer in a casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika till it becomes a lightly colored sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
