Directions

  1. Heat butter. Cook chicken till no longer pink. Set aside and keep hot. Into skillet heat through mushrooms. Add in 2 c. water. Rice package and butter. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-12 min or possibly till rice is tender. To serve arrange chicken over rice. Sprinkle with lemon juice, if you like.
