Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound chicken breasts, boneless
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 pkg. rice with broccoli
- 2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Lemon juice, optional
Directions
- Heat butter. Cook chicken till no longer pink. Set aside and keep hot. Into skillet heat through mushrooms. Add in 2 c. water. Rice package and butter. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-12 min or possibly till rice is tender. To serve arrange chicken over rice. Sprinkle with lemon juice, if you like.
