Directions

  1. Flatten chicken cutlets. Put slice of Mozzarella cheese on cutlet and roll cutlet. Put roll in flour, Large eggs, then bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Heat butter on stove and add in oregano, marjoram, salt, pepper. Pour over chicken, cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Take foil off and add in 1 c. white wine. Bake for another 30 min at 350 degrees.
