Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 8 slices dry beef
  • 8 slices bacon, lightly fried and liquid removed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 carton lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. cooking sherry (optional)

Directions

  1. Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of dry beef, then a piece of bacon and secure with toothpick. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream and sherry. Pour over wrapped chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hrs.
