Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. boneless chicken, cut into lg. shrimp like size pcs
- or possibly 2 (6 ounce.) Packages frzn shrimp
- 1/2 pound butter
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 med. onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tbsp. dry dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. oregano
Directions
- Microwave butter, garlic, onions, parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Put chicken or possibly shrimp in casserole dish and pour butter/herb mix on to. Bake for 10 min in 350 oven. Separate and bake another 10 min (or possibly in microwave, cook on high for 4-5 min turning and separating). Serve over rice or possibly spaghetti and garlic toast to absorb scampi sauce.
