Ingredients

  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 3 chicken breasts, cut in half or possibly 5 med. legs and thighs
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Combine soup and water, mix well and pour over chicken. Cover with foil, fasten to make airtight and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs.
