Ingredients
- 1/2 stk margarine
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 6 x chicken breasts
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can water
- 1 env Lipton dry onion soup
Directions
- Put margarine in sliced dabs in bottom of a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle rice over margarine. Place chicken breasts on top of rice and season with salt and pepper. Mix soups, water, and mushrooms till smooth. Spoon proportionately over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
- Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let set 10 - 15 min before serving.
