Ingredients
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Swanson boned chicken (or possibly boil your own)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 c. cooked "Sea Shell" macaroni
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
Directions
- Brown onions in butter. Stir in soup, chicken, lowfat milk and 3/4 c. cheese. Heat till cheese melts. Blend with macaroni. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
