- 1 lb chicken breast halves without skin boned
- 3/4 c. salsa
Directions
- Arrange chicken in a 9 x 9 pan which has been sprayed with non-stick coating. Preheat oven to 350 . Bake, uncovered, for 20 min. Spoon salsa over chicken. Return to oven for 10 min or possibly till chicken is done and salsa is heated.
