Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. of water
  • seasonings of your choice
  • rice or possibly pasta

Directions

  1. In a skillet, saute/fry chicken with onion and garlic till tender. Add in desired seasonings during cooking (season salt, sage or possibly Bell's Seasoning, garlic, and onion pwdr work well).
  2. When chicken is done, add in soup and water.
  3. Bring to a simmer for 5 min and serve over rice, noodles or possibly other pasta, if you like.
