Ingredients
- Chicken:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- a few drops of Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 chicken fillets (about 250g in total), cut into strips
- 1 small yellow bell pepper (about 150g), sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced in half moons
- 1 tablespoon water
- Tortillas:
- 2/3 cup (94g) all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup (46g) whole wheat flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon table salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/3 cup (80ml) warm water
