Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast
- 1 minced onion
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5-6 pcs of curry leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp chilli pwdr
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 3 tsp tomato sauce
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp of crushed ginger
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 cloves
- 3 cardamon cloves
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. of coconut lowfat milk
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan add in garlic curry leaves and ginger fry them till colour changes then add in the minced onion fry them till golden. Add in chicken, spices and water. Cook for 20 min. Add in coconut lowfat milk add in extra salt, if needed.
