Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cooked
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. slivered toasted almonds
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 c. cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine all but cheese and chips. Turn into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees till heated through.
