Ingredients

  • 6-8 pcs chicken (legs/thighs) or possibly 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 1/4 cans water
  • 2 1/4 c. Minute Rice
  • 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 cans liquid removed mushrooms (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a 13x9 pan, mix all but chicken in pan. Place chicken in pan on top of mix. Spoon a little mix on chicken. Bake 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs uncovered.
