Directions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into long, thin fingers. Cover with flour, dip in egg, then cover with bread crumbs. Fry in warm oil till done. Cook fettucini noodles as directed on package.
  2. In large saucepan, heat half & half. Add in lowfat sour cream. Make a rue with butter and flour. Add in to half & half and lowfat sour cream. Cook till thickened. Add in cheese and pepper to taste. Put chicken in sauce and serve over fettucini noodles.
