Ingredients
- 10 ounce. frzn Brussel sprouts
- 1/2 c. oil & vinegar dressing or possibly Italian dressing
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes
- Lettuce leaves
Directions
- Cook Brussel sprouts as directed on package; drain. Pour dressing on warm Brussel sprouts. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs. Cut tomatoes into halves and add in to Brussel sprouts and toss. Serve on lettuce leaves.
