Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. cherry Jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/4 pt. lowfat sour cream, or possibly more to taste
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. Refrigerate till hard, then smooth on topping.
  2. Mix or possibly whip together. Smooth onto Jello and keep in refrigerated. Also can use blueberry pie filling.
