  1. Cut away core from pineapple quarters. For glaze, combine rum, lime juice and honey and stir to dissolve. Grill over medium-low coals, brushing with glaze, till warm and lightly charred, about 5-10 min per side. Serve warm with any remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
