Celebration Honey Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Lb. cake mix
  • 2/3 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 tsp Instant freeze dry coffee
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Nuts, minced Ready to spread vanilla frosting, or possibly pwdr sugar

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2.Grease and flour 12 c. bundt pan.
  3. 3. Beat all ingredients ( except nuts and frosting ) in a large bowl at low speed till blended. Beat on medium speed for three min; scrape bowl frequently. Gently stir in nuts.
  4. 4. Spread better proportionately in pan and bake 35 to 45 min till tooth pick comes out clean. Cold on plate 10 min; turn upside down on wire rack.
  5. Remove pan and cook cake completely.
  6. 5. Place frosting in microwave bowl and microwave uncovered on medium (50% ) for 15 seconds. Spread over top of cake allowing some to drip down. Or possibly, sieve powdered sugar over top of cake.
