  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter; gradually add in sugar and continue beating till well blended and mix is light and fluffy. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flavorings.
  2. Combine flour and salt; gradually add in to creamed mix, beating till thoroughly combined. Spread proportionately in buttered and floured 12 c. bundt pan or possibly 10" tube pan.
  3. ** Cut through batter with a knife. Bake 65 to 70 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan on wire rack 15 min. Remove from pan and cold completely. Frost, glaze, dust with confectioners sugar or possibly serve plain.
  4. **Note: Cake may be baked in 2 buttered and floured 9x5" loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 min.
