Ingredients
- 6 lrg potatoes pared, and cut into pcs
- 6 lrg carrots pared, and cut into 1 1/2" pcs
- 3 lb stew meat
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 bag onions - (12 ounce)
- 1 c. condensed beef broth
- 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Layer potatoes, then carrots on the bottom of the crockpot, line top with the meat, sprinkle meat with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and flour. Combine the beef broth and tomato sauce and pour over all and cook on LOW for 7 hrs or possibly for 5 hrs on HIGH.
