Ingredients
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 lb chocolate Oreo cookies
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
- 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Mix first four ingredients together and boil for 8 min, stirring constantly. Set aside: allow to cold. Crush the Oreo cookies; add in melted butter and spread in a 9x13-inch pan. Chill till good and hard.
- Sprinkle peanuts on top of Oreos, then spread softened vanilla ice cream on. Next pour the cooked chocolate mix on ice cream. Freeze.
