Ingredients
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 c. Minced pecans
Directions
- Cream crisco and sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in vanilla. Sift flour with soda and baking pwdr. Add in to creamed mix gradually. Add in pecans. Form into 1" x 16" rolls. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill. Slice 1/4" thick and bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes.
- Note: Dough may be frzn and used as needed for fresh cookies.
