Ingredients
- 6 ounce fresh sea scallops
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Mix together bread crumbs, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese. Add in to this: 1 teaspoon paprikaBlend thoroughly.
- Toss scallops in bread crumb mix, coating well. Place scallops in an individual casserole dish.
- Drizzle with: 1/8 c. lemon juice 1 ounce melted butter
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serves one.
