Ingredients
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. Minced broccoli
- 1/2 c. Minced toasted almonds
- 3/4 c. Minced red onion
- 1/2 c. Seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Water Salt and pepper, to taste Toasted buns Or possibly bread Mayonnaise Lettuce
Directions
- In bowl beat Large eggs to blend. Stir in broccoli, almonds, onion, bread crumbs and water. Add in salt and pepper to taste. On an oiled 12-by-15-inch baking sheet shape mix into 4 patties each 3/4 inch thick. Bake in 375-degree oven, turning halfway through cooking till each side is golden, about 25 min total. Serve on buns with mayonnaise and lettuce.
