Ingredients
- 1 (23.6 ounce.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (Blue Bell of course)
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk (lg. can)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
Directions
- Prepare brownie mix according to directions in a 9"x13" pan. Let cold. Spread ice cream on top and freeze.
- Combine powdered sugar and rest of ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium and cook 8 min. Stir in vanilla; let cold.
- Spread over ice cream and then freeze again. Sprinkle on pecans or possibly walnuts. Serves 12 to 20 depending on size of pcs.
