Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage or possibly bacon
  • 6 x Large eggs - (to 8)
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese (or possibly as much as you like)

Directions

  1. Brown sausage or possibly bacon in skillet. Drain sausage from grease using a slotted spoon. Spread meat in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Break 6 or possibly 8 Large eggs individually and put into a bowl. Add in lowfat milk; beat well.
  3. Cook scrambled Large eggs till done, but not dry, they should be soft. Spread on top of meat. Sprinkle cheese proportionately on top of Large eggs.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 min or possibly till cheese melts. Serve warm.
  5. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
