Ingredients
- 4 x Pork loin chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 tsp Dry parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme leave
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
Directions
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork chops on both sides. Add in water, sparsely flakes, salt, onion pwdr, thyme, and worcestershire sauce. Cover; simmer 20 to 30 min or possibly till pork chops are tender. Remove pork chops from skillet; keep hot. In small bowl, combine lowfat milk and flour; blend till smooth. Gradually stir into warm mix in skillet. Cook till mix boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve gravy with pork chops.
