Directions

  1. Grill chicken until brown. Place in a pan with broth and bake in a 325 oven until chicken is done, approximately 15 min.
  2. Meanwhile, heat Boysenberries till starts to hot up.
  3. Mix both waters with cornstarch and add in to Boysenberries mix. Heat to very warm. Mix will slightly thicken.
  4. When chicken is done, place a spoonful of Boysenberry sauce over chicken.
  5. Serving Ideas : Serve on bed of rice, chicken, then sauce on top.
