Ingredients

  • 6 x boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 6 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated almonds, slivered cooked rice

Directions

  1. Put chicken breasts in baking dish. Mix together all remaining ingredients, except rice; pour over breasts. Bake at 275 degrees (uncovered) for 2-1/2 hrs. Serve over rice.
  2. Serves 6 people.
