Directions

  1. Mix above ingredients together. Place chicken in large bowl. Place chicken in bowl in layers. Pour lowfat sour cream mix over each layer. Marinate overnight.
  2. Remove chicken from bowl. Roll chicken in bread crumbs. Heat 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. Crisco. Place chicken in oblong baking dish. Spoon 1/2 of melted shortening over chicken.
  3. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 min. Spoon remaining shortening over chicken. Bake 15 min more.
