Ingredients
- 6 whole boneless chicken breasts (cut in half)
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- Garlic pwdr, optional
Directions
- Mix above ingredients together. Place chicken in large bowl. Place chicken in bowl in layers. Pour lowfat sour cream mix over each layer. Marinate overnight.
- Remove chicken from bowl. Roll chicken in bread crumbs. Heat 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. Crisco. Place chicken in oblong baking dish. Spoon 1/2 of melted shortening over chicken.
- Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 min. Spoon remaining shortening over chicken. Bake 15 min more.
