Directions

  1. Combine melted margarine, lime juice and warm pepper sauce. In a small bowl combine the parsley, thyme, marjoram, garlic, cayenne, paprika and cloves.
  2. Place bluefish fillets in a greased baking dish. Brush the melted butter mix over the fish fillets. Sprinkle the minced green onions over the fillets and then the seasoning mix.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
