A great ooey, gooey appetizer to serve at party's. Or a fun addition to breakfast.

  • 10 ounce. can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 6 ounce. Cheddar or American cheese, cut into 40 (1/2") cubes
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Cut each into quarters.
  4. Flatten each dough piece slightly and place cheese cube in center of each.
  5. Fold dough over cheese, sealing tightly. Shape into ball.
  6. Combine Parmesan cheese, cornflakes and salt.
  7. Dip each ball in melted butter, roll lightly in crumb mix.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-9 min.
  9. Serve warm.
