Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. finely minced bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoon finely minced onion
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 c. pecans, finely minced (1 c. in cheese ball, 1 c. to roll ball in)

Directions

  1. I chop pepper, onions, and nuts in blender. Mix all ingredients together, except one cup of nuts. Place in refrigerator to cool. Form into ball and roll in remaining cup of nuts. Serve with favorite crackers.
