  1. Roll beef cubes in 1/4 c. flour seasoned with salt and pepper, and place in crock pot. Add in onions and mushrooms. Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Pour over beef and vegetables. Stir well. Cover. Cook on high setting 6 hrs (crock pot). Make smooth paste with 2 Tbsp. flour and water and add in to crock pot, stirring well. Cover and cook till thickened. Serve over warm buttered noodles.
