Directions

  1. Cook beef, onions and green pepper over low heat, stirring occasionally, till beef is browned. Add in tomatoes, salt, 1/8 tsp. of pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 10 to 12 min to blend flavors. Prepare mashed potatoes according to directions on package, adding 1/8 tsp. pepper.
  2. Pour meat mix into a casserole. Spoon potatoes in small mounds on top of beef mix. Serve or possibly you can broil till potatoes are lightly browned.
